Same old same old with Super Aguri

Both Takuma Sato and Anthony Davidson do not have to worry about their Formula One career, at least not for another year. Reportedly, Super Aguri will keep both of their current drivers for next year's championship.

"We are very confident with our drivers hence the decision. It is our aim to continue with their services next year," says Aguri Suzuki, Super Aguri managing director, to Autosport yesterday.

The decision came after the team evaluated and take into consideration their overall performances and contributions so far this season.

"Anthony has shown tremendous improvements with his driving style. He always quick in qualifying and during the race, his results are getting better as well," added Aguri.

As for Sato, he has lots of experience under his belt. This can be seen during the race where he usually moved up several places at the start of the race.

The big question mark on who will be driving for the team in 2008 has been answered. Sato will continue to fill in the first driver seat. Although no official announcement has been made yet, Davidson outstanding performance so far has sealed his future with the team.

According to Audetto, Davidson's contract is ready and just needed to be signed to make it legal even though he still hasn't score any point this season.
